About the artwork

This work was created in 2017 as part of the SKOL exhibition!! Jizerská 50 as an artistic inspiration. The aim of the project was to present the legendary race on the occasion of the fiftieth year through the work of leading Czech artists.

Alena Anderlová, CZ

Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in the studio of Michael Rittstein, whose main means of expression is figurative painting. Her canvases most often feature animals or people from urban, rural or sporting environments. Her work combines a sense of colour composition and work with light, through which she imbues her figures with a kind of magical aura. She is represented in private collections in the Czech Republic and worldwide. She lives in Klatovy and cooperates with galleries in neighbouring Germany.
