About the artwork

The size and price of the work are given including the white wooden frame in which the work is adjusted with levitation. The size of the work itself is 58 x 76 cm.

This work was created in 2022 as part of a group exhibition called ROW ROW ROW, a response by leading contemporary Czech artists to the 109th edition of Prague's iconic Primátorky rowing race.

Milan Cais, CZ

Milan Cais graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague in the studios of sculptors Hugo Demartini and Jindřich Zeithammel and visual artist Jiří David. The core of his artistic work is the sculptural object, but the register of his creative means also includes manipulated photography, video, painting, drawing and installation. He has participated in a number of group exhibitions in this country and around the world and his work is represented in several collections.
